By Telephone

The Computer Centre Help Desk is available by phone to support existing users of ResNet. Telephone support is available from 8am-2am, 7 days/week. Most technical problems are best dealt with over the phone. The Help Desk’s contact details can be found on the Information Services website.

In Person

We can take your payment for ResNet and help with other administrative matters if you visit in person at the Computer Centre, Tyndall Avenue. Core opening hours are 2pm-5pm, longer at busy times of year. If you have difficulty in finding the Computer Centre we have provided a map to the Computer Centre.

For the week before Freshers week, Freshers week (Week 0), and the first week of lectures (Week 1) we are open 10am – 5pm in a larger room, still in the Computer Centre.
